This exquisite studio offers a calming local ambiance, accentuated by its beautiful design. One of its notable advantages is its convenient proximity to various amenities, ensuring a truly relaxing holiday experience. Within a short distance, guests can find a convenience store, local restaurants offering delectable cuisine, and charming churches. Moreover, complimentary public parking is conveniently available just a few steps away.
For those seeking natural beauty, a brief ten-minute walk from Fiinikia will lead you to the famous 10k Oia-Fira hiking path, and the breathtaking caldera in the lively village of Oia. Foinikia itself is a peaceful village, yet the unique aspect of this residence lies in its easy accessibility to Oia's vibrant scene. There, visitors can witness the world-renowned sunset, indulge in excellent shopping, explore lively bars, and dine at upscale restaurants. However, upon returning to this tranquil "home," guests can relish in serenity while enjoying an evening drink on their private porch.
The studio, featuring a private entrance onto a porch complete with outdoor furniture and a lovely palm tree, spans a spacious 45 square meters. It is tastefully decorated, boasting an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a large bed, a walk-in closet with a full mirror, a table with two chairs,  a luxurious bathroom stocked with toiletries, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed. Additionally, a small smart TV is provided for entertainment purposes. A baby cot fits very comfortably.
